Should Government control the Internet?

In the article "Chinese YouTubes courting controversy?", written by William Moss, the author shows us how the world has been changed because of the more often usage of Internet. The author also talks about some ways the government tries to control it The question is: “Should the Government be allowed to block some web sites they consider to be against their policies, like the Chinese Government has been done?

In my opinion, Governments shouldn’t even try to clock some web sites, even if they consider them to be inappropriate. We have the freedom of choice. We have to be able to see and to reach whatever we want. Nowadays, Internet is part of almost everyone’s life. Some web sites should control what they show, but it’s not part of Government functions.
