In my opinion, fasting is very important for us, because many people in the world do not have anything to eat or drink. However, we have a lot of kinds of food and anytime we feel hungry we can eat whatever we like. The poor people need anything to eat not, like us. Also, we have a lot of benefits of fasting as the article mentions. Finally, fasting encourages us to thank God about blessing and mercy.
