Slow walking may be prescription for obese

According to this news, slow walking could be a prescription for an obese person. Researchers found the obese adults burn more fat when they walk slowly for a long time than slow walking. Also, they say that strolling can help obese people to burn more calories and there may be lower risk of injuries. The research team tried to find out how slow walking related to conditions of people's bodies and ways to spend more calories by walking.

In my opinion, I agree with the result of slow walking. Sometimes, slow walking helps more to burn calories, especially for overweight people. Because, they use even more energy than normal people when they walk. In addition, obese people have risk to injure their skeleton when they walk fast. I think that slow walking is certainly a better way to keep health than any prescription.
