This deals with the controversial election of the president of Togo in 2005 ,the singularly dramatic character of his reign inherited from his late father and the information about the next presidential election in Togo.
Issues:
Can presidential elections in africa and particularly in Togo be non-violent?
Can presidential power become an inheritance?
Can international isolation necessary for the establishment of a real and sustainable democracy in Africa?
Is a military overthrow helpful to social stabilty and political progress in Africa?
Opinion:
I think that in order to achieve social and economic progress, political elections in African countries have to be more transparent.
