Judge Joseph L. Tauro of United States District Court in Boston sentenced that same-sex marriage is constitutional in two separate cases. However, the federal government doesn't allow same-sex marriage, even though one state permits their marriage. Many people argue about the marital right of gay and lesbian couples. In addition, they dispute whether same-sex marriage has benefit as much as heterosexual marriage or not. Moreover, the federal government has the right to judge the quality of same-sex marriage.

Your opinion (2-5 sentences)
I think that the judge is correct, and the federal government should allow same-sex marriage because the marital freedom is one of the human's right. Although a man wants to marry a same-sex person, it doesn't bother other people. Moreover, the federal government doesn't have a rational basis to judge the quality of same-sex marriage comparing with heterosexual marriage. In my opinion, it's not important whether the marriage has a lot of benefit or not. The important thing is that the marriage makes people happy.
