Summary

Fewer Americans adult are smoking cigarettes, and those who still smoke have cut back on the number of cigarettes they smoke, but the rate of decline has begun to slow. 19.3 percent of American adult over the age 18 were smokers in 2011, sown from 20.9 percent in 2005. we know what works; higher tobacco price, hard-hitting media campaigns, graphic health warnings on cigarette packs. in sum, the rate of decline between 2005 and 2010 is slower than in the previous five-year period, but it is still declining recently.

Issues

Will anybody quit smoking in the future?
Is there a better way to decrease the number of smoker?

Opinion

I think the amount of smoker tend to decrease in the future even though the rate of decline has begun to slow. Then we have to have strong volition or the government will work more and more . If anybody will be able to quit smoke, it is going to be great for many things.
