Student fees to fund Evergreen Terrace programs

An article Student fees to fund Evergreen Terrace programstell us about
the fee of Evergreen Terrace programs which is paid by all the SIU students.The Bord of Trustfee permited the transfer $60.000 from the Revenue Bond Fee.The question is should all the students pay for it or not.

I think this fund is a kind of investment for rucluting future students.They may come back as a student.Most of them are international.They leave Carbodale after the parents graduat the SIU.To provide such program helps parents to take time for studying. It is also helpful for children to learn English.So,I strogly expect SIU to continue and support this program.
