U.S workers say they waste two hours a day

This article says U.S employees usually dissipate two hours a day in their occupation. That time is caused by some reasons such as low payment, less tasks, or tasks which are longer than than companies' expectations. Old workers relatively spent, however, short times at working hours compared with others. In addition to this information, a research manager mentioned that sometimes wasting time is helpful to improve employees' ability.

I think it is a natural thing to have time such as break time in working hours. As a human, employees can't work the whole working hours without just one conversation. A break time can contribute to making employees' ability better. Definitely, I think a break time is also admitted as a sort of working hours naturally.
