Summary
: The three Southern Illinois community colleges was given money by federal. However, they still have difficulty in operating the school. Meanwhile, SIU wants to recieve the aid from the state with federal stimulus funding.

Issue
: Do the community colleges operate in the black without aid?
Why the state isn't mandate to pay public universities each quarter?

Opinion
: I agree on the point that government has to assist schools with money. However, the more important thing is the efforts to improve the educational circumstance. Ultimately, the more students enter the school, the more likely wealthy schools become.
