This news was talking about iPhone 5 which will be ready on the 4^th of October. Most news websites think this is wrong because this is the second time they were told about the date. Also, this is the first time for the new chief executive of Apple Company. The new chief executive should work hard to be liked by the customer. The version of iPhone 5 has a little different from out side but has big difference in process inside.

3- What should the new chief executive do to be liked by customer?

My opinion:

According to this news, I am one of Apple customers because the company goes with the civilization. Also, Apple has a lot of products that help all the people and all of the ages. The new chief executive has to work hard and help the customer to know all the new information that happens in the company such as when the new version comes, when they have a new product, etc. Finally, I love this company, especially iPad and iPhone.
