My opinion

- I think they have to take the biggest part of his money to repair Libya by planning with some countries.
- I belive that Quddafi earned some of his money because without a doubt each person did someting good in his life, but not that much.
-They must realize it's civil war, so each one fighting to get what he want, Hence, Quddafi is not ALONE
