Lower sunlight exposure may increase stroke risk

There is a study of association between sunlight exposure and stroke risk.  Professor Leslie A. McClure explained that the people who are exposed to sunlight may reduce stroke risk, because sunlight exposure will produce vitamin D, which may help explain this association. To avoid strokes, the people should avoid known risk factors such as obesity. In addition, they should expose themselves to sunlight. This study is done by the professor’s team using NASA satellite and ground monitor data.

For me, on a sunny day, I would like to be exposed to sunlight. I know that the sunlight gives my body vitamin D. I believe that all vitamins come from natural environment. This article increased my information about the relationship of sunlight exposure, vitamin D production and stroke risk.
