According to the article, the writer (Allison Linn) disscusses that the growth of online shopping will slow in the futuer.Although companies try to improve their websites to increase their selling of their products the growth of online shopping will slow because the customers can not know about the details of the product.

In my opinion, I agree with this article.Actually, many people bought things by online shopping but they had a bad experince.For example, some of them when they bought the product by online, they found it not as what they expect.Also, it is difficult to return the product to the company.You know the response for returning will be weak.In fact, I like to buy what i need by direct shopping except the products which are not available in my city.
