The violent crimes in U.S. rise

In the author talks about the violent crimes in U.S. rising. Last year, the FBI reported the violence in U.S. rose 1.8 percent. According to this article, “the number of robberies and arsons rose in large population centers, but the number of rapes and car thefts dropped, FBI data show” in 2007. The Bush administration spends $50 million to decrease the violence. The crime was in a lull between 2002 and 2004.

In my opinion, the first reason to increase the violence is video games, because when the children play this game they are going to try to do what they play. In this time, video games have been increased that means the crimes are going to increase. Second reason, the guns have been increased. I think 45 to 55 percent of people have gun. The gun is very dangerous because sometimes people may get mad at somebody and then s/he shot him or her. In fact, s/he do not want to do that, but s/he was mad and nervous and s/he could not control him/her predominate.
