Summary:
     For the over weight people, the most important key to losing weight is "adherence" which means " keep doing it. In the experiment, the scientists four hundred people who are over weight divide into four groups, and there are different rates of protein, fat and sugar. Then they cut 750 calories each day for six months. In the end, the scientists find that there is no difference between the matter and rate. Therefore, keeping to eating fewer and fewer calories is the best way to loss weight.

2. Do you think exercise is the most important way to lose weight?
3. What do you think is the best method to lose weight?

Opinion:
     Many people have over weight problem, but only few people successfully lose their weight. Some people would use the diet to lose their weight, and some people would do more exercise. Actually, I still think eating the low fat and low sugar foods is better than counting the calories, because people do not need too much fat and sugar for their body every day; the protein is the necessary for the body to keep the function working. In sum, maintaining the weight is better than losing weight ;therefore; people should be careful before they become over-weight.
