Debate about the Jury System (especially, Jury Selection).

As you can see this article is about Manslaughter Trial For Man Accused Of Providing Gun To Boy and the process of jury selection.
Derrick Glover furnished a handgun to Tony Youmans (middle-school student, only 12-year-old boy)
and Tony Youmans shot himself that handgun in the head. and suicide himself.
Glover is accused for manslaughter, furnishing a firearm to minor etc.
and the criminal procedure is going to start. In the pre-trial, the process of jury selection is begun.

In my opinion, he assisted young man's suicide, and he is guilty.
South Korea is adopting Jury system(petit jury) recently. and I am very interested in the U.S. jury system.
But In the United States, Jury System is not always useful and just. For Example, O.J. Simpson Case, Rodney king case, etc.
I think the most important thing, that the Jury System is going Well, is reasonable jury selection process.
