Short summary:
Because she wants to protect her daughter according to her culture, an Iraqi  women beating her 19 years old daughter and tied her to her bed. After the Iraqi family found her daughter speaking with a 19 years old boy, they reacted according to their culture, so the police arrested the mom who beat her daughter.
Finally, the daughter tried to protect the family and denied that her mother beat her.

ISSUES :
1- How we can deal with culture clashes in USA?
2- Why the middle eastern immigrants violate the modern law and human rights in  USA?
3- Can we accept the traditions violation human rights in USA?

My Opinion:
USA is the country of freedom and individuality, and there is law protect human rights and individualities, so if there is any body can not accept these facts, there is another choice which is free choice between USA and the original country. USA should announce for everybody who came to USA that they should obey the rules and the laws in USA. The immigrants should compromise with this new life and new culture in USA. Violation human rights, freedom and individuality should not compromised on and tolerate it under any circumstance.
