people who work in Disney cannot have beards and goatees. However, Disney parks made a new rule which is a "casual Friday". They allowed their staff can have beards or goatees on that day. Disney parks want to maintain their brand, but now it right time to charge a little bit. However, Disney cast members still cannot have visible tattoos or body piercings.

Opinion:

I think people who work at Disney parks should be able to have beards or goatees. I think that it is ok if people who have beards or goatees. People who have beards or goatees will not affect Disney parks image. However, I agree with the rule there that Disney cast members cannot have visible tattoos or body piercings. Disney parks is a fairytale image and most children will go to there. If children go to Disney parks and watch visible tattoos or body piercings on staff's body, then may scare kids
