Short Summary:
Saudi Arabia broke the International Olympic Committe's Charter, when it refused to allow women to participate in the 2012 Olympic Games. Although, Saudi Arabia promised several times  that it would allow women participate in these Games, it still violating women's right to participate in these games. Human Rights Watch asked Saudi Arabia to lift this ban on women, There is a campaign asking for "No women no play", but the Saudi Arabia did not changed his decision.
Issues:
1-Why did Saudi Arabia exclude of women and girls from exercise and sports? Is there any scientific research that discovered that women in Saudi Arabia must not practice exercise because they do not need it?
2- What should the women do in Saudi Arabia about their rights?
3- How can the International Community affect on Saudi Arabia Decision makers to change their mindes and let women practice their rights including sports?

My Opinion:
Saudi Arabia has a long record of violating human's rights including women's rights. It is the Nomad culture and the Islamic vision about women's rights  that is dominant in Saudi Arabia, so it is not easy for the decision makers in Saudi Arabia to change their minds about women's right to participate in the international Olympic games.
