The article explains that from 2000 to 2010 there is increasing of the percentage of recommendations of doctors in the US to begin and continue exercise or physical activity between for different age groups, ethnic groups such as Hispanic adults and patients who have chronic health conditions such as diabetes or overweight. The research shows that the exercise and physical activity are related with heath benefits, and they reduce the risk of chronic heath conditions and dependence on medication. Because of the research’s result, the medical community cares to increase the exercise and physical activity.

 I think that this study is very interesting. I believe that the exercise is very important for human’s health, because it increases the blood flow across the tissues of his body; it aids in the development of healthy tissue. For me, I am very busy in my job; therefore, I don’t have time to do any exercises. Therefore, I try to go to the market by walking or go to recreation center to do some exercises on holiday days.
