I think human rights should be a guarantee for gay population. Governments have to understand their needs. It is preferable happiness, and it is preferable they are safe and alive. Everybody decides their choices and future according to what they want in life or their personal conditions and situations.

My opinion: I it is not bad to give a point of view but being so negative and not know when and where to do it sre really unfavorable. for me it is rude and ungratefull to affirm that a player has not brought anything to your country. if his job does not satisfy you, maybe his availability to play in the team because he is not oblige to do so and his personnality worldwide honor the country. brievely, a lot of things should be considered before denigrating somebody like him that way.

In this article, the authors expose the causes of the world’s fresh water shortages and their consequences in the long term run. According to the authors the irreversibility of the phenomenon is due to the fact that the amount of water is fixed while the supply is increasingly exacerbated by an increase in the population growth rate. However, they point out four major alternatives that can help solving the problem. The most valuable solution suggested by the authors is to recycle the sea water, which constitutes a huge amount of available water and which because of its salinity is considered useless. The authors are convinced that this is the best solution, but they point out the cost related to those investments as one of the biggest challenges that can disturb or even handicap this effort.

Your opinion
In my opinion, this solution is obviously not a durable one for two reasons. For one thing, this solution is not accessible to the whole world. Many countries which are in the situation of water stress have no access to the sea. Also, given the fact that the cost of that technology is high, we come to doubt that this solution is the best, because the majority of the countries which face water shortages are in the developing world. The second reason is that such a project will have harmful effects on the environment. In fact, such technology like the existing one for oil needs a huge plate form on the sea, pipelines, and other installations that can seriously generate damages to the environment.

In my opinion, SIU should adopt some policies in order to reduce its expenses rather than contracting other debts. This accumulation of debt might be the result of mismanagement and the problem will not end if they don’t find what goes wrong in the system. Some policies consisting of lessen or even suppress some irrelevant charges faced by the institution seem to be the best solution. For example, the refection of buildings, the construction of stadium should be stopped, and the administration should try as possibly as it can, to reach a certain level of energy efficiency as well.

Shawnee library system prepares for big changes and even bigger cuts

Short summary
In her article, the author talks about the challenge that libraries in Illinois are facing now. In fact, the national system that used to help some libraries get better services in terms of book storage management will no longer exist resulting from the decrease in the government financial support. Many libraries will definitely lose their online book supports, which will negatively affect some of them and even push others to simply give up their activities. This is a little decision that can create harmful effects in the long term run. The educational sector is as susceptible as any other sector traditionally judged fragile such as public health, army, and environment. Any negative variations or mismanagement of education or any other related area may lead to undesirable consequences. Since the education sector plays an important role in the economical and social development of any country, it will be a disaster if it goes wrong. What the state authorities should do is to accompany the libraries at a certain level and try to get them to progressively pay for the services they receive rather than surprisingly cutting it down.

I think that North Korea is acting in a very dangerous way. Besides, they are being supported by China. The best way would be to start a conversation between these two countries so that they can live in peace; however, this is so difficult while Kim Jong continues in the power of North Korea.

This article raises the problem of non control of information shared by facebook users and its consequences in the society. In Pakistan, many people protested against facebook for having published some images judged offensive by some religious leaders.
The issues related to this article can be summarized into three questions:
- Is it not a duty for facebook to control all information posted in the wall by users?
- Isn't facebook more political and ideological tool than a simple social network?
- Is it not necessary even obligatory for facebook to censure some information shared in the wall?

In my opinion, since facebook has become more and more used, some policies have to be adopted to ensure that the former goal of social networking is still respected. In many cases, facebook is about to be used by politicians to track their electors; by ideological groups to promote their point of view; and most recently by hackers and other criminal groups to con and dwindl innocent people. As far as concerning the social problem generated by facebook, I think that message susceptible to create trouble in one society or another, one religion or another should be forbidden. For that, facebook should create a group of moderators to analyze information prior to get it published.

In my opinion, it is pretty hard to use as a reelection pretext fighting against one situation that the same government did not take care of it before. This argument becomes stronger when high level people in her government are involved in corruption events. If I were a citizen of Nigeria even if my president says that she needs an other period to work hard against corruption (although she improved the economical situation in the country), I would think more than two times to vote in her favor.

There is a serious concern in the European Union about the current rescue plan, because this founds can be wasted rather than fix the current problems. This situation could occur by three main causes. First, European countries are attributing all the blame to speculators, rather than check their fiscal vulnerability. Second, they are trust too much in the euro’s rescue rather than fix their weakness. Finally, they don´t think that a deep reform is necessary, which could causes the same problem in the future. In conclusion, there is no a self-criticism in the European countries, which is a big threat for the future development of the Euro Zone.

Opinion
In my opinion, the current rescue plan should be the first of many measures in order to improve the solvency of the financial system in the Euro area. The weakness countries in the Euro area like Greece, Italy and Spain need deep reforms in order to improve their current performance. In this way, this is an opportunity to review all policies and improve all aspect so that the Euro zone can continue in the future.
