According to the article, "Chinese YouTubes courting controversy?" , the author argues that there are two sites which show and share video clips like YouTube in China. One of the sites is very managed about seeing videos and monetary, and they can visit any video clips without copyright not like YouTube. However, the other site is different approach for visitors, for example, the site shows old things. Also, the creator says that he want workers who are in China to watch the site and to feel comfortable. However, actually, these sites like YouTube are annoyed Government, so government wants to block the sites. On the other hand, the government also take measure about appearing other sites like these sites.

In my opinion, government should take measure about these sites that show and share video clips because it is bad for company. However, actually, these sites are good for viewers and visitors, so the creators who make the sites do not want to stop the sites. It is very serious problems. Thus, governments should think about acceptable or unacceptable. Or, the government should control these sites more strictly. If the sites continue to share videos without government controlling, the companies get to upset and may accuse of these sites. Therefore, the problem ought to solve as soon as possible.

Also, the fathers can take two weeks leaves, and they can receive salary. In addition, parents who have children which are under six years old can inquire of pliable working schedules. However, this idea that the fathers can take six months leaves without salary was not acceptable to business principles. On the other hand, the idea is very helpful foe women. Also, it suggests that taking care of children is not only women’s work. Parents can share the work.

In my opinion, I agree the idea. Taking care of children is not women's job, but many people still think women should take care of children. Also, many men do not take the leaves because I think they worry about co-workers and atmosphere in their offices. However, they should think more about their wives than their jobs. Also, taking care of babies is an experience that they may have only once in their life. In addition, it is good experience for children. Thus, men should take the leaves. It is also good to help to increase population of young people.

This article talks about a camera cell phone that some people use to interpose in other people privacy. This sneaky camera can take any picture in any situation without another person’s knowing, and huge number of people can watch it through You Tube world, or through e-mail. Moreover, this article gives us many examples about what kind of pictures are usually taking. For example, teenagers, who behave badly, boyfriend with his girl friend having sex, and people drink and acting fool. Also, the camera cell phone is used to enforce social conventions. Furthermore, celebrities’ pictures are taken by paparazzi are the most pictures have been posted in the internet. Actually the number of pictures like these is increasing every day where nobody can control that.


In my opinion, taking picture for someone without his knowledge is crime because nobody wants thing like that happens for himself. The main questions here are why some people like to arouse another people. What is their goal? I think the person who interrupts person’s privacy, is stupid, and he waste his time for nothing. I think government should do something to control the huge numbers of pictures for some people who faced problem in their life from these silly pictures.

In my opinion, Governments shouldn’t even try to clock some web sites, even if they consider them to be inappropriate. We have the freedom of choice. We have to be able to see and to reach whatever we want. Nowadays, Internet is part of almost everyone’s life. Some web sites should control what they show, but it’s not part of Government functions.

I read YouTube and the copyright cops:safe..for now?, which was written by Ken Fisher. This article is discussed about copyright. The author said YouTube is so popular and many people use it. However, there is a problem because YouTube provides the site whether people put video without the owner's permission. Despite of without authorization, YouTube has not been sued so far. Also, the author said YouTube doesn't permit for people to download videos, so a lot of people think YouTube doesn't infringe copyright. They are issues whether YouTube infringes copyright or not.

　In my opinion, YouTube infringes copyright because we can see videos without permission in YouTube. Actually, we can't download videos and we can just watch videos in YouTube. YouTube just provides the place for people whether people can share videos. It seems YouTube doesn't infringe copyright. However, YouTube offers the place in order to share videos. Therefore, I think YouTube infrigne copyright.

Today, YouTube that is popular video sharing website is issued because of it shows videos without authorization. Therefore, it is obvious that the owners get angry because YouTube interrupts their profits. However, YouTube does not damage because YouTube only host videos.


In my opinion, of course it is not good that YouTube shows videos without authorization because the owners are disturbed to get profits because of YouTube. If other companies, for example BBC, show unauthorized videos, they would have to pay money. So it is unfare that YouTube does not damage because YouTube only host videos. However, YouTube is popular and many people use it, so even if YouTube goes away, another website like YouTube will come up. So I think these kind of problem is endless.

My article is Hello to less privacy, written by Maria Puente. The author says about fear of technology. People can not have a right to prtect their privacies any more because of a camera phone. Everybody can take a picture of other's stupid behaviors or embarassed scenes. Paparazzi including citizens turn up on the Internet. It mean people can intrude other's privacy easily, especially celebrities'. It seems that the time to protect our privacy is basically over.

In my opinion, government should controll our privacy. Moreover, school should give students education about privacy. I heard that a Japanese boy suicided because he couldn't endure that many people who got to know him through the Internet invaded his privacy. Some found his information like his real name and spread scandal about him. Therefore, intruding somebody's privacy can affect people's whole life and cause serious incidents.

In You Tube world, our privacy are disturbed easily. As technologies such as cell phone camera are released and improved, our privacy tend to be stolen, especially the days when something happens in front of public. many celebrities are afraid of it. Also, they are often taken their embarrassed pictures secretly and they come out in public as Paparazzi. These happenings are increasing day by day. In the future, if technologies improve, people will be able to take someone's pictures secretly, and it will be easy to put on web site such as You Tube. It will almost be time to say hello to less privacy.


After I read this article, I felt that even at this moment, someone might be taking a picture of me and putting it on You Tube. That would be terrible, so I felt scary. I'm also one of the avid fans of You Tube, and watch some funny videos, movies, and musics. From You Tube watchers' perspectives, it will be funny and it makes them smile. On the other hand, from perspectives of people whose pictures came out in public through You Tube accidentally, they must be embarrassed and it makes them very disappointed. Therefore, this issue has many controversial points. In my opinion, I think some of embarrassed pictures must be deleted by government as soon as possible. I also think You Tube itself should be illegalized for disturbing people's copyrights. However, after finishing up this assignment, I'll go to You Tube and listen some musics. Now, I see that all people are selfish for it including me!

According to this article, Chinese goverment tries to use internal censors to block bad movie clips like pornography and old-fashioned sex appeal. Also, they worry about Blogger and other information sources because everyone can see your blog. And the author suggests the government have limits to control the Web-sites by blocking because people try to find another way. So, this article give the question of if YouTube was blocked, what happen to people? to us.

In my opinion, the goverment should control bad movie clips like pornography and give the regulation for Blogger which everyone can see to protect our privacy. But to control is difficult because the goverment can not control people. If American goverment block some Web-sites like Chinese goverment, what would people do? Of course, people try to access the Web-sites of another country. Also, if the government can know and record who is log in or out in some sites, people must be lost their privacy. According to this article, some company censor some sites and this is big business. I think to control have limit because people find another way to get some information. So, the governments must think about how can they control and how can they protect people's privacy. However, to control is too late because the Internet spread everywhere, everytime and everyone can use.

First, the author talks about predators in the Internet and they actually respectable and most of them have good jobs. While they are in front of the screen they turn to wolves. They were chattering with underage and ‘children’. They knew their age and they accept to have sex with them. This article describes how the television teams put some cameras in rent houses in different stats, and catch predators. Finally, the point of the show to talk with predators face to face and know what are they thinking have and know why they want to have sex with children.

Even though I disagree what the predators doing in the Internet, I think it will be better if the program do not show predators to public. The show is ruining their life completely. Moreover, these predators live between us normally and most of them this first mistake, the show cause damaged to their careers, homes, families, even their selves. In addition, the way the program doing it is not truthful. The truth is the team who were starts this conversation with sexual subjects and people in the Internet do not mind to have conversation like this with strangers. When the predator knew the girl is seventeen or less – most of the time she is thirteen- and he accepts to have sex with her, the team trying harder to grab him to the rental house, where there will be the team and also cops.

Students are able to create "profiles" including personal information. This information can be viewed by select people or anybody that uses Facebook. Matters of privacy are determined by what content is included and the privacy level that the student selects. We will discuss what kind of problem the facebook’s users can be in. And what is the price for posting some kind of information and pictures.

In my opinion, the problem is: “What are the pros and cons Facebook can bring to you?” You can become a pop guy/girl showing pictures from parties and crazy nights. On the other hand, you can be in trouble because of this. Would you like your parents to see those pictures? What about the employer who is interviewing you for a job? If you have changed your behavior, that is, you have decided to be a serious person because you want to get married. Would you like your new partner to see how you used to describe yourself? If your friend you haven’t seen for a long time tells you he is close to your city, and you tell him you are tired and will sleep. Then the next day he signs up his Facebook and sees pictures from a party you went to instead of hanging out with him. I think we have to moderate what we post on there. Always using it as a way to have fun and keep in touch with friends, but analyzing both bad and good results it may bring to you.

I found this article,
Drugs may boost your brain power, online at the BBC news, although it is written by Pallab Ghosh. It is about the impact of a new generation of drugs. The government is judging the drugs. These drugs are maintained to make people more intelligent. They called "cognition enhancing" drugs, and some of them are already using in the US. One of these drugs was established to treat people who involuntarily fall asleep. In the past, a doctor tested the drug on experimenter. She discovered not only the drug kept them awake but also it made their brains much more dramatic. Moreover, a professor designed the drug that build thoughts to make neural connections. The government is just assessing the effects of drugs.

In my opinion, these drugs will give people advantages clearly in the future. These may make people genius. However, our society is not ready for these drugs. People always will believe the impact of these drugs, and they will not study and work. Rather, these "cognition enhancing" drugs are going to make people silly. Do these drugs give advantages to our society? Do you want these drugs to be genius?

It is about the new law of organ donation in China. The new law prohibits the sale of human organs for benefit and donation of organ from children under 18. Also, using human organs without permission is banned. However, there is a problem about organ donation. When people donate their organ, it is necessary to give their consent to donation. Everyone has the right to refuse to donate their organ. However, some people disagree with this. They say that prisoners don't have the right to refuse to donate their organ. In fact, in China about 90 percent of organ donation is from executed prisoners. It is difficult for prisoners to refuse to donate their organ because of pressure. Therefore, some people state that it is necessary for prisoners to make the situation that they can say their opinion.

I agree with the idea that making the situation for prisoners to say their opinion about organ donation because they are in difficult situation and they can’t say their opinion. I think most prisoners are forced to donate their organ. If there is a law that organ donation needs the agreement with the person who donates his organ, everyone should have the right about organ donation. However, if there is no law about agreement of organ donation, the problem of lack of organs will be solved. In the world, a lot of people　are waiting to take organ transplant. But most people die because of lack of organs. If all organs that are after death can be available, we can save people who need organ transplant. Therefore, we should think about the system of organ donation.

In my opinion, I dont think that windows will provide stir on macs, because Macintosh poses fewer problems than Windows and Mac programs peripherals install without fuss, and there are no more missing .dll files, hardware or software conflicts, system slowdowns or surprise crashes. when you use Macs you will forget something we know it as reboot my Macintosh , and it was my fault that it crashed, but with Windows machine, I have to reboot two or three times a day. Though Macs are the computer of choice of most creative professionals in the art, advertising, music, movie and publishing worlds, it seems to me that home users need them the most.

According to this article, the author explains it is infringement or not if YouTobe exists. Recent decadse, YouTobe is a popular website among the world. It is famous for movies clips or video clips but it uses without authorization. First, BBC News agrues that when they get lawsuits, why is YouTobe does not get it ? However, they both use unauthorized material. Second, the author states Von Lohman's opinion that YouTobe only shows the adviertisement on pages. Third,Calacanis said that YouTobe is ike pirate matteer. Therefore, the author assesses even though YouTobe is popular and people love to use them, YouTobe should be careful about copyright and infringement because government or legal organization watch them.

In my opinion, although YouTobe is copyright infringment, it is necessary to exist on the internet. First, YouTobe is a good way to make people show themselves. People can put what they make video to share with peoeple, for instance, parents like to put their children's pictures to share theire emotion. Second, movies clips can make people recall their memory when they saw it. If movies are old, people are unable to see and recall that. I remembered when I was a child, I love a drama so much, however, I can not see it now so I go to YouTobe to search them. Moreover, I saw it and review clips. For me ,it is amazing time when i watched it. I think YouTobe is a good website but it needs government to regulate them because they use other people's product to make money. Therefore, YouTobe is neceessary but it stll needs to change their way to make this website legally.

Moreover, in todays like youth became more involve in the internet, which lead to the sharing video that is popular in the young generation. In addition, the video sharing website has videos of funny clip’s, porn clips and political clips, and the Chinese government does not want their civilians to watch the political clips and the porn clips. That make the Chinese government think of blocking some famous site’s that does are specialized for video sharing like youtube. That does not block porn and political videos. Additionally there are other Chinese video shoring sites that is popular, and do not allow porn or political clips on their site. Finally youtube may be blacked because the Chinese government do not like the video that they are showing and that may lead to a Chinese youtube site.


In my opinion,i think it is good idea. some internet users are children so, they my go to sex website. and some website aginst goverment with out any good reason, just they put it to make pepole convuse. the goverment should have control because does not all of users adult and have good maind.

It is protected by the laws which say ISPs are not responsible for the actions of their users.The other is that YouTube does not make profit directly from the videos.It only puts ads on pages, not in the videos.However, the case of Grokster shows that YouTube will probably lose its safe habor.

As a consumer, I like YouTube though I know sometimes it is illegal.Maybe it is the illegitimacy that makes it so popular.In my opinion, it will lose the case.But even if it lose the case, there must be somebody else trying to do similar things.I think the government, YouTube, and public should try to find a win-win solution.

the title of my article is End rare species web trade' call ,it talks about some people who trade animals over internet, illegally. They can buy many kinds of animals like a leopard, a zebra, chimpanzees or an alligator and, we do not know how the people can transport animals over internet, Mark Pritchard said. As apart of the research they have found that "9000 kinds of animals been sold in one week in UK. Also in this research they have found 146 kinds of primates been trade in UK". There is legal organization which makes limit for these problems.





There are a lot of animals species are endangered because of human selfish activities. Some people must understand that the world is not only for them. During the last two hundred years we lost a lot of animals but we still have some kinds of animals endangered that we can help to keep them exist. The government should make control of those people whom making illegal animals trade over internet.

The author expresses that people think about death penalty whether repealing it or stopping it because of high costs in America. According to this article, thirty-seven states admit the death penalty, twelve states do not admit and New York's was announced it is illegal in 2004. About the costs, taxpayers spend their money for imprisonment, police officers and to prevent from a lot of crime. But, there is pros and cons about death penalty from vote. Richard Dieter said that America can't remove it,but American think about it seriously. Also, Ernie Chambers who is the opposite side of death penalty expresses people must consider resisting death penalty. So, to resist death penalty is growing and big issue in America now.

In my opinion, government should abolish death penalty. To kill human by human is so bad because human can't kill human's life and we don't have the right to kill human. Also, human can't judge human. But, a lot of country admit the death penalty including America. In Japan, we have the death penalty and the way is hanging. From old days, we killed human as death penalty by stake and decapitation and so on. Now, some executioners who is the officer to kill a person who was given death penalty pull the lever to hang a person from many levers at the same time. So, they don't know which lever worked. This means they don't know who killed a person. Also, from the law, death penalty doesn't apply a person who is under 18 years old and have lunacy which is mental illness. And about pregnant woman, death penalty apply after childbirth. A person who is under 18 years old can escape from death penalty even though a person killed someone. This idea is paradox. I don't understand how difference about the age. The fact which human kill by human is true. I think Japanese government have to abolish the death penalty. In stead of death penalty, they should give only life imprisonment although we must pay tax to maintain prison. Even though so bad murder, a murder have a right to live the rest of life in prison and have to regret and apologize for victim by living in prison. I think to die is easy by death penalty but murder have to think what he or she did though the rest of life. So, I disagree with death penalty and I hope people think about life and government abolish every country.

I found this article from BBC News. The author mentions abortion law in Portuguese
is allowed now and the abortion should up to until the ten weeks of pregnancy. Soe countries voted this issue such as Roman. Abortion is prohibtted in some countries of Europe, for examples, Ireland, Malta and Poland.

In my opinion, I agree abortion should be permitted but the government should regulate this law carefully. Some people have difficulty so they do not want child, for example, rape. Meanwhile, abortion is a good way to solve this problem. ALthough some people argue it kills human being, I still insist abortion should exist becasue it is helpful in several times.However, abortion is harmful to women bodies so the govenrment should provide information about abortion to let people know more.

I found Abortion and Religion,online at LexisNexis, although it is written by St. Louis Post-Dispatch. This article is abot a relation between abortion and religion. Abotion has two rights for mothers thaht can make a choice and for babies that can live; pro-choice and pro-life. In this article, people argues about a letter, which says, "Many clergy do support freedom in family planning". some people claims that contraceptionand accurate sex education should be lead among young people. Even though a lot of people controvert this topic, nobody has the right to force their beliefs on others.

In my opinion, abortion should be prohibited because we have to take the reaponsibility what we do. If somebody doesn't need a baby, he/she should prevent pregnancy. Usually, people have to celebrate having a baby. Why is a baby killed for parent's circumstance although he baby doesn't anything? In Japan, sex education is not open at home. Parents should teach their children what is wrong and what is bad. It doesn't matter their religion.

This article is written by Ken Fisher at online ars technica. Today, Youtube is used by many people in the world. Youtube is so interesting and convenience for us. But there are some TV clips or movie clips without authorization in the youtube. It’s bad for companies that make and sell movies or TV programs, because they can’t get money from youtube. If they want to remove the clips, they have to supply the youtube company with a legal notice of the infringement. However youtube can remove just merely identifying the infringing material. Even if many people watched the unauthorized material, they’re safe because they only host it.

-In my opinion-
I like Youtube and I often use them to watch Japanese movies or TV programs, because I can’t watch on TV in U.S. Now, they have some clips without authorization. I want to keep using them. But if Youtube company keep appearing clips without authorization on the website, maybe they will be charge by disgruntled copyright owners. I don’t want Youtube company to keep appearing and I want them to make website that be able to make everyone fun.

In my opinion, I really don't like human robots because it makes me scared. When I thinking of the human robot, they will have a artificial intelligence. If people give them order or input program their fake brain, it will be nice but sometimes the fake brain going to be out of order. If that happens, robots will make a crime such as kill people and murder. So I really don't like human robot. In the future, robots will be control people because they are more strong and also have a brain.

The issue is that the demanding in U.S for British eggs is huge. In addition, students in UK sell their eggs just to cover their expenses. However, there are some factors restrict the donor such as the donor’s qualification, the donor’s looks, and the donor’s age. Also, the egg donation INC requires from the donor to send pictures for herself, her siblings, and her children if she has.

In my opinion I strongly disagree with both women and men who selling or donating their eggs and sperm to infertile people who are looking for baby. If this sperm and egg comes from the same husband and wife, I agree because in my religion which is Islam it is a big sin to donate sperm or eggs. The child will lose his true heritage. If I donated my eggs to another woman in a sense that child is still mine even if it grows in another woman’s body. The child who born in that way in future might fall in love with his sister and both they do not know that they are siblings. Moreover, the egg that is taken from a donor may have serious genetic diseases. Also, the donor might be under drug addiction which cause birth defect.

GOVERNMENT CONTROL

The article,Chinese YouTubes courting controversy?by W. Moss, explains why some web sites (Chinese video-sharing sites) are blocked by the Chinese government. The government wants to control the people in this way. The article discusses Chinese YouTube's future if the government will block YouTube or not? On this subject, there are a lot of issues.

First, if the government wants to block YouTube, how can The government block it? YouTube is belong to Google. If the government try to block YouTube, it suppose to block Google.

Second, what the people are doing? China has big population. Why these people don't do anything against the government policies?

Third, the Chinese government blocked web-sites which includes information, news, ideas and videos sites. By the way, the government believe that Chinese people accept domination. Because these people can watch the certain programs which are allowed by the government, so they just can learn what the government wants.

In my opinion, if people cannot get any information around the world, these cannot dependent on it. Therefore, Chinese citizens can stop this movement.

You Tube and the copyright cops: safe...for now?

On YouTube site, lots of people use to share video without approval, but the site is still survived. According to Daniel Pearl, Deputy editor of BBC’s Newsnight, BBC, not YouTube, is responsible if they use materials without the copyright owner’s permission. Because YouTube is an “online service provider”, it is protected. YouTube makes users to pirate videos easily, and many users play on them. However, YouTube should not be innovative biz. It will be innovative business if they are under the copyright law. For now, YouTube is not restricted by law, later nobody know what will happen.


In my opinion, I agree that sharing material free such as YouTube should be eliminated. It gives not only beneficial video clips to users but also harmful materials that are injurious to young people. Moreover YouTube violates privacy of people. Imagine, you do not realize that someone always watches you. You Tube, users, society, and government, all of them are responsible for this incident.

I found “Recycling’s next frontier: poop as paper”. In this article mentions that people can make paper from animal poop. Also this article mentions Australian company tries to produce Kangaroo poop to make good quality paper. According this article, Africa and Asia already use paper which made from elephants poop. The Thai center said they can make 115sheet of paper from 100pounds of dung and this center sells that elephant draw a picture on the paper. In this article also mentions that Manager Joanna Gari who suggests the paper has grate value and good effect for kids.

In my opinion, this project which makes paper from animals poop will help to decrease the global worming. We use a lot of papers that made from trees. Trees help to decrease the CO2 so if we protect the trees we can protect the earthen from worming up. If the poop papers are getting popularizing, we should use these paper because universities use a lot of papers. Today I receive 5 papers, 16 students in my class so we already use 80 papers a day. Also this school has 5 classes so may be we already use the over 100 pounds of elephant dung a day.

I found this article; Hello to less privacy, online at USA Today, although it is written by Maria Puente. It talks about sharing pictures in web site especially in You Tube. Some people do not like to share picture. And in this article the author mentions pictures that are taken by cell phone. The people consider these pictures are an invasion of privacy. All people are interested in cell phone technology which is the camera but it makes them worry because anybody can take picture and no one sees them and they can put it on a web site. It makes famous peoeple change their behavior if someone take pictures of them in some situation. In the past, people drank during break but now they worry that someone will take a picture of them. Also, people can send pictures by e-mail this means you can post pictures in many ways. A few people disagree with using it in news such as Saddam Hussein's execution.

I think it is really good article which mentions to people to save their privacy. Also, it gives them like a warning from people who use cameras in bad ways and take private pictures from other people. Also, it is good that technology is developing more and more but people should deal with anything new in the right way. Evrything that people do reflects their behavior. We have to respect other people and take precautions before we take pictures of them because many of them do not like that.

I found the article from here. In this article, we can see that same- sex marriage is a serious topic which has been argued for a long time. First, the author mentions that everyone regards homosexual Canadians as ''dangerous sexual offender'', and they also consider them as prisons. However, today, homosexual Canadians feel more acceptable because their positions have been promoted now. Actually, some authorities still do not accept homosexual Canadians such as religious groups or some provinces in Canada. Finally, the minister said homosexual Canadians can be legalized in 2005 hopefully and they promised that they will have a free vote on the bill for legalizing homosexual Canadians.


In my opinion, I am really glad to hear that the government can support the legislation for homosexual Canadians. Actually, we know that many countries still do not accept them and they think that is ridiculous. Therefore, some homosexual people' position is very low such as that they cannot find the job, it is hard for them to make friends. However, In America,homosexual people can be accepted, comparing to other countries, homosexual people can feel more freedom. In deed, for religious groups such as Christian still cannot accept homosexual people. Nevertheless, I think whether the government accepts homosexual people or not, we should respect them, and we should give them more space that they stand up; moreover, we should help them to feel freedom for our society.

I found this article "Smoking Ban in Carbondale to begin in 2008", it was written by Arnold Wyrick. This article is talking about the decision that smokes free in Carbondale by city council members. The author also talked about this decision will be in the bars and the restaurant. And he adds the city leader care more about people health than economy. But owners of restaurants are absent about this decision because the smokers will not come to their restaurant.



In my opinion, I agree with this decision is to prohibit smoking in restaurant because the person who wants smoke could waits until go out of the restaurant. But I disagree with it is to prohibit smoking in the bars because more than %70 from who drink alcohol they are smokers. It mean the majority of people who go to the bar are smokers.

In my opinion, she did good idea, when she sells old stuff. In addition, anyone needs to renew his furniture. However, she does not through it, she sell it. 10-years-olds attacked, beat homeless man!

-Summary-
The title of my article is Beating victim: ‘They are dangerous’. I found this article that 10 years olds attack homeless man in Florida, online at the CNN.com, and this it is written by Associated Press. The incident is the homeless man was punched and bashed with concrete wall into his face by the 17-year-old boy and two 10-year-old boys when he was walking outside before 9 p.m. And then, they were accused of attacking him. Although a police had told the day of the boys’ first court to parents, they didn’t come to the courtroom. The policemen told us we need to look at the children’s backgrounds and families. Recently, there are some teenagers’ incidents in the U.S.


-My opinion-
I think this story is too fearful incident. But the responsibility of this incident is not only the boys but also their parents and the government, because the boys are still 10-year-olds. They don’t know many important things or about the society. So, parents have to teach many things to them and the government should prevent like this incident. However they can rehabilitate, because they are so young. I think we were thinking children are pure and innocent, but now age is changing so rapidly. We have to think about education of child and the rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents.

Which Player Is an Appropriate Winner?

I found this article which is entitled Despite head-butt, Zidane wins Golden Ball. I retrieved it from msnbc.com, and it is published by the Associated Press. The article discusses that Zinedine Zidane who was a captain of France won the Golden Ball award for the tournament’s best player in the vote by journalists, even though he was sent off for head-butting Marco Materazzi who was one of the Italian players at the final of the World Cup 2006 in Germany. According to the article, he actually couldn’t perform very well in some games including opening game, but he showed some great performances in many games as he digested and won some games. Comparatively, Cannavaro who was a captain of Italy led an Italian defense and lost only two goals in the tournament. The final was his 100th game as a captain for Italy. According to the article, many critics or experts voted for Cannavaro as the winner. Diego Maradona who was a winner in the World Cup 1986 also tipped him.


In my opinion, Cannavaro was more appropriate player to win the Golden Ball award than Zidane. Actually, I like Zidane’s performance very mach, but I think Cannavaro performed very well more than Zidane at least at this World Cup. I have some reasons why Cannavaro was more appropriate player to get the award than Zidane.
First, Cannavaro played an active part in every single game, even though his position was defense. He led an Italian defense and lost only two goals in the tournament.
Second, Italy finally won the World Cup. The best player should be selected from the team which won the World Cup.
Third, Zidane offended against the rule, and sent off at the final. According to “Zidane Says Italian Insulted Mother, Sister” (2006), the author says that “Zidane explained what caused him to react in fury and head-butt an Italian opponent: repeated harsh insults about his mother and sister” (para. 2). Of course, Zidane would be angry at the time, but I think what he lost his mind and as a result did head-butt to Italian player was his responsibility. I think even though he was insulted about that, he should have controlled his mind.
Therefore, I think Cannavaro was the most valuable player and should have won the Golden Ball award instead of Zidane in the World Cup.

I found this article, New Tack: Mini Programs in Ad Breaks, online at The Wall Street Journal. It is written by Brian Steinberg and is about a new media trend. To capture viewers attention during Ads, the media giant, Fox network, will put short animated clips about a taxi driver known as "Oleg" during ad breaks.(You can see part of the clip in the link above) Other major broadcast networks, like ABC, NBC, and CBS, are all trying on similar concepts, though Fox's plans seem to be the first one. However, even experts of Ads can't tell whether these ideas will work. For example, the problem of Fox is that the program is too short, comparing to the whole length of the Ads, to stop viewers from changing channel. Moreover, competition from other media makes the TV network more and more hard to survive.

I love creative Ads. In my opinion, I think the essential question is whether the Ads are fun enough. We can see a lot of creative Ads spread not only through TV but also through Internet. In the information age, if the Ads are fantastic enough, the producer can save all his effort to catch the viewers attetion. For example, there was an Ad in Taiwan so famous that the actors in the Ad became stars. It's about a love story and had three episodes. Another example is that a lot of slogans come from Ads. In conclusion, I think the network companies should focus on the "Ad" itself, not on the ways to attract people to watch Ad.

But the display is weak than the TV and it is effect on the battery or the connect. I think this kind of mobile is very useful for some people who do not have TV in their home or people who are away from home and want to watch something important they can watch it from their mobile. But this service will lead to some issues such as accidents in road. Also, this service will lead to challenge between companies. There is big problem all people will face it which is they can’t see clear because the screen is small. Also, no one can see with them.
